Dale Kelley is a self-taught watercolor artist. He has been practicing this form of painting for about 4 years. Dale uses a dry method of watercolor painting. Dale can paint almost any building structure you would like, whether it's a historical structure that you have always admired or your own personal residence. All he needs to do is take a picture of the building or recieve pictures from a client, then he draws that onto paper and paints it. Dale has been in several craft fairs. He has participated in the Hummelstown Arts Festival several times, as well as the Middletown Arts Festival. In June 2009, he was a first time participant in Mechanicsburg's Jubilee Day. He also has many of his paitings hanging in historical buildings. Since he is local to the Hummelstown, PA & Hershey, PA area, he has painted several local spots. Some of those include Alfred's Victorian in Middletown, PA, The Brownstone Cafe in Middletown, PA, The Hetrick Center in Middletown, PA, The Warwick in Hummelstown, PA and Roxy's Chatterbox Cafe in Hummelstown, PA, just to name a few. As well as the famous Starbarn on I-83. He has been asked to paint it once it is moved to it's new location.
